Let's Do Lunch is back at the IBC at 12.30pm
every Wednesday.
No need to book or pay in advance for this new weekly dining experience. Bring your friends and family to enjoy
a home cooked delicious 2 course menu for under £10,
all prepared by very our own talented chef, Portia. 
You will be seated at your own dressed table with your party.

Sussex Smokie

Smoked haddock and tiger prawns with potatoes and leek in a cheese sauce served with a green salad and crusty bread

Sweet potato, Sage & Gruyere Gratin

Served with green salad and crusty bread

Warm French Apple Tart with Crème Fraiche
